We visited the Philippines during the run-up to the 2022 Philippines general elections, the last leg of the race was on between Bongbong Marcos the son of Dictator and kleptocrat Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and former vice-president Leni Robredo. We investigate how Bongbong was able to clear his name from the actions of his father and the tools he used to rewrite the country's history which in turn helped him win the 2022 elections and become the country's 17th President.

We met some of the most sought-after Durian farmers who produced prized fruit for local and international markets, and what makes this fruit Thailand's top export earner.

 

Bangkok city is changing, young architects are designing parks and building green spaces, transforming a city known for its dense concrete jungle. We interview Kotchakorn Vorakorm, a world-renown landscape architect, as well as the spokesperson for the mayor on why these changes are necessary.

We look at how COVID-19 has impacted local communities in Thailand, how it has changed the landscape in popular travel destinations and what the Thai government is doing to facilitate the recovery process.

We investigate how coconut husks are being used in the Philippines to replace styrofoam, not only for up-market cool boxes but also as an ecologically friendly alternative for fish vendors in the local markets.
