<image:caption>November 9, 2015 - Yangon, Myanmar. Supporters of Aung San Suu Kyi’s National League of Democracy (NLD) wait outside the party headquarters as a large TV screen shows the results announced by the Union Election Commission. The NLD won Myanmar's 2015 national elections, yet Aung San Suu Kyi's party and leadership has shown little interest to appease religious tensions in Myanmar. Only a year after the elections Myanmar's army started a genocide against Burmese Rohingya Muslims living in provinces near the Bangladeshi border leaving thousands dead and some 700,000 displaced. © Nicolas Axelrod / Ruom</image:caption>
